Making Key Chains on 1800B or 1900A for keys or bag tags

Assemble the badge, using the smooth plastic back in lace of the pin back. Make sure the plastic back curves into the center of the badge. Try to ensure that the holes in the plastic back and the metal front line up over one another.

With the artwork facing you, hold the badge up to the light. This will show you where the hole in the metal front is.

With a pin or compass point or similar, pierce a hole through the clear plastic cover and your artwork, and through the hole in the metal front and plastic back. If the hole in the plastic back does not line up with the hole in the metal front, DON'T DESPAIR!! The plastic will slip around if you twist it, by pressing the badge between the palms of each of your hands and twisting it.

Take a pair of light pliers and twist open the ring on the end of the key chain. Twist the ring open just enough to permit it to be inserted into the hole in the badge. Close the ring in the same way.
